#1 Go to your local #SPCA or rescue shelter.
#2 Fill out an application for a puppy. 🐕
#3 Start scouting out good walking spots in your neighborhood.
#4 Find and welcome your new family member.
#5 Start walking! 🚶
Unless you want your house destroyed by a tasmanian devil, walk puppy 3, count ’em, three times per day.
It works! Even with trading off walking duties, my shorts and skirts are threatening to fall off! I’m looking forward to wearing some of my smaller winter weather clothes soon!
